Thes ranks will be updated daily or weekly duno yet but the ppl are ranked in order if i list 3 of the same rank first person listed is top of that rank meaning ther all same rank but hes lead of the rank

We have 1 to many majors however every 1 ther deserves to be ther ther for its time 2 chose a new gerneral every 1 above the rank of major includeing majors are liable 2 get the job prove your selfs and you will be the number 2 general

How to get promoted

Recruits have no requierments at all

Cpl: A Recruit needs to show eather a small amount of loyalty and activeilty or show they have potentle to lead

SGT: A CPL has to show he or she can lead a small group of ppl with no problems while at the same time they must prove ther loyalty to both the guild and the country of Wu befor this rank will be easy 2 obtain

Gunny SGT: A SGT must show they are loyal and or show they are capable of leading more then 1 or 2 ppl at a time on the war front or during the times of peace and show that they have what it takes to become a officer

LT: A Gunny SGT must prove ther loyalty to the guild of bloodletters is in the front of ther mind they must prove they can help the guild in more ways then one and show evon grator leadership or abilitys

Captain: A LT must prove they are capable of leading the war on a tactical point they must prove they can help in any way needed and show they can take a leaders plan and make it happen weather things go right or rong they must be cool headed keep ther morals high and lead bi example also capable to get this rank bi showing amazing loyalty and determination mixed with enof skill to single handedly do the work of a small force of other ppl

Major: A Captain must prove they are capable of comeing up with the plans and keeping them on track they must prove they are capible of leading the war front if things are bad enof they must do so they are requierd 2 always show good behavor and lead bi example they must know how 2 keep moral high and they must be willing to at lest make sure some one under ther rank leads the war front to a satisfactory style and they must keep the lower ranked members likeing them if they are not liked they will lose ther rank cuz if your hated you cant lead enless respected if ppl hate yet respect them they are fine

Colonel: A Major has a imposible task to achive this rank they must Prove behond reason of a dout they can lead the war on all sides at once and keep track of every person on the battle while fighting it them selfs they have are part of thos who plan the wars and must always show leadership and disiplin they are leaders and no mater how strong or good you are in combat or any catigory if you do not have top notch leadership you will never see this rank Sorry
Also it helps 2 get this rank if you are well rounded in diplomacy and working with other guilds and allys not reqired but will be a faster promotion if you have this quality

General: A Colenel that makes this rank has earned my respect and can both lead the front come up with plans keep the peace rally troops keep moral up have ppl proud 2 follow them into victory or defeat they must chose who will lead atacks and who will defend they must be willing to piss a fuw ppl off to make sure it gets done corect while makeing sure no 1 actuly gets pissed off this job is the same job i do as the leader of the guild thes ppl must be capable of leading the guild weather im here or not in any and every aspect

Rank responsibliltys and meanings

Recruit: the only meaning of this is new comer or unproven and ther only job is following what others ask of them and to work to get known so they can become part of the ranked members

CPL: a Cpl has proven them selfs 2 be a solid member and is only in charge of the recruits that dont mean they can boss them around but recruits who follow orders get promoted earlyer and cpls show ther leadership bi in fact leading thes ppl

SGT: a SGT has proven hes here to stay and is in charge of every1 bellow him he takes the orders from the officers and gets them done with the lower ranked ppl

Gunny: the gunny leads the SGT ranks into battle basicly they are the last rank befor you become a officer and most ppl will get stuck here becuz its the last rank you cant get promoted withought a high lvl of respect from the officers

LT: a LT is the lowest of the officers basicly they simply make sure the Sgt and Gunnys do ther jobs

Captains: are the first Real officers rank they are learning and developing skills to lead or take point witch ever they chose to master in

Majors: have become a forfront of the guild they are in charge of everything and have to do every job the guild has to offer only dif in them and recrutes is they comand almost every1

Colonel: they have comand over every rank but general and me they take charge come up with plans they are a leader on the battle front and a asset in the iner workings of the guild

General: this rank is literaly the second leaders of the guild what they say gos and no 1 can corect them but the leader me or another general if im not ther and something has 2 get done they have the power 2 order any person or persons 2 do so if you do not like it complain about it but make sure you do it and tell me what they made you do and i will chose weather it was right or rong also if you down right refuse 2 do what a gernal asks thats no big deal
however if lujiang is about 2 fall and your siting in Shiting killing lvl 30s that come and he orders you 2 Lujiang to assist you will be demoted or posible evon botted for disobaying this they will not order enless it is absolutly requierd of them


Also any one no mater who it is can report abuse of power to me your name will not be used wen they are confronted about it

Took a random inactive, offline, player, named "Reco" and promoted him thinking I could demote him after. I am unable to at this point so just thought I'd give a heads up to this for ya Madog.

I thought about it awile ago, just to try something new. But now I got friends and stuff in the guild and I like it so I'm going to stay at this point.




ANYWAYS:

Madog, can you make it so maybe MY rank can withdraw from the guild bank? There's swords and stuff that get put in there, meanwhile, I put in other things like the talismans and what not. But I see a sword in there, and I'm wondering why I can withdraw it. Whatever I take, I could put back in of equal value. Idk, jw how the banks gunna work out now that we have it.
